Why use KMPDS?
KMDPS supplied, implemented and currently maintain a total of 65 devices nationally throughout the Famous Brands Head Offices. These devices are all networked and linked to a print management system. The requirement ranges from Samsung M4070 to Bizhub B654e mono devices, through to C224e and C554e colour devices.
Usage and error alerts are processed automatically on a continual basis, which ensures maximum uptime nationally. Further to this, meter readings are carried out and invoiced without the need for customer contact, with up to two months toner supply being on hand at all times
NECSA have been a client for 12 years, with a total of 145 operational devices. Due to the large number of machines are various software integration’s, NECSA prefers to extend the lifecycle of each machine as far as possible. Our formidable aftersales strengths are proven in this environment, as we are proud to report that some devices are still operational at 10 years old. All devices are fully networked, and where possible (due to age), direct SharePoint integration has been set up.
